**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Solution Delivery**:

- Provide hands-on support across platform, including solution design, configuration and integrations.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and customer requirements.

**Consulting and Advisory**:

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how Azure and D365, solutions can solve their business challenges.
- Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments to shape solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.

**Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge bases, and delivery frameworks.

**Continuous Learning and Innovation**:

- Identify opportunities to optimize customer environments and drive additional value through innovation.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Technical Expertise**:

- Proven experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.
- Familiar with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration patterns.

**Consultative Skills**
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels, understanding their business drivers and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex solution challenges.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

**Qualifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Functional Consultant, or equivalent.
