**What you will be doing**

Reporting to Managing Partner - Business Consulting, we are seeking a Practice Leader to provide external client-facing consulting services around areas such as business, transformation, digital, technology.

**What will keep you busy**
- Provide external client-facing consulting services within a specific business-focused practice
- Lead c-suite level of customer engagement
- Drive business development opportunities for consulting engagements and solutions
- Drive leadership and mentorship to assigned consultants within the practice, guiding staff development, project delivery, sales generation, and related client relationships.
- Manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to promote satisfaction for both.
- Performs consultative selling and leverages best practices and experiences to win new engagement business.
- Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level
- Select and hire employees. Train, motivate and evaluate employees to enhance staff performance and develop employees.
- Provide input to operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitor spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

**The skills you will bring**
- Senior level experience within a sales and delivery environment in a consulting or large organisation environment
- Leadership skills to coach and guide team members with delivery and pre-sales responsibilities, managing competing priorities to deliver required targets every quarter
- Capability to drive design leadership, oversight, and engagement across multiple consulting offerings to market
- Deep understanding of public/private sector, with a network of relationships at senior levels
- Deep understanding of private and public sector clients and expertise in developing solutions and leading advisory engagements. A network at senior levels and a track record in building meaningful relationships in major accounts by becoming the trusted advisor / thought leader and supporting the required sales disciplines
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skill
