We’re recruiting for super organised, and relationship driven Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director and Marketing Director. Your days will be kept busy managing schedules, coordinating travel, juggling meetings and managing the coordination of corporate events. Additionally, you’ll prepare presentations, reporting and support the team with all administrative things such as managing budgets.

**Your background and experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant in a corporate based environment (preference FMCG) or Sales/MKTG administration support experience.
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with organising events is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
