We’ve got an exciting role for an Assistant Brand & Shopper Manager** **to join our Marketing team. You’ll lead the execution of all assigned ABTL initiatives supporting the Marketing Manager and Trade Activation team to ensure we smash out our campaign objectives and deliver exceptionally executed brand experiences.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist with executing our annual brand plan that will captivate consumers and drive sales.
- Define and refine the brand's positioning to create a unique and compelling identity in the market.
- Utilize innovative Heineken Methodologies to create impactful marketing campaigns across digital, PR, sponsorship, and trade channels.
- Play an active role in developing and implementing promotional strategies that will excite customers and increase brand visibility.
- Drive trade execution and collaborate with sales teams to ensure the brand's presence in key retail locations.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives that will keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Monitor brand performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct trade visits to gather insights and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Embrace and contribute to Heineken's vibrant culture and personal development initiatives.

**Your background and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least one years’ experience in brand management or marketing roles.
- Brand Budget management, utilising SAP, and Excel
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
