**About the Role**

The Administrator, DLG is a member of the District Leadership Team within Health New Zealand - South Canterbury and provides general administration support to district leaders across clinical and non-clinical service areas. The role enhances productivity and effectiveness of the local leadership team and provides a single point of entry and reception services.

**About you**

An experienced administrator who is competent and professional to provide administrative support from high-level executive, secretariat and project support services is needed. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and doesn - t mind a faced paced environment. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills /experience:

- Proven experience as an administrator in a complex organisation
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A high degree of initiative with excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- The ability to connect and collaborate at all levels including internal and external stakeholders
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Ability to think independently and work autonomously
- Customer Service Driven
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth

**Salary Range**

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA Collective, Band 4 and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale, and dependent on relevant experience.
