**He aha te ia o tēnei mahi - What's this role all about**

Our goal in the Customer Care team is to understand each customer's situation and work with them to get them back on track financially. While engaging with key stakeholders this role will have a strong focus on driving the technology that underpins our Customer Care processes by building, maintaining, and improving our customer engagement strategies within Kiwibank' new Customer Care (Collections) Platform. You'll need a strong focus on the ongoing performance of the strategies and a mind-set to continuously learn and improve.

- Someone who is motivated by change and transformation, thrives on the challenge of taking full ownership and creating something totally new.
- You'll need to have a proven ability to create and maintain complex business rules and/or customer contact strategies.
- Strong analysis, process design, and risk management skill sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and form strong working relationships with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
