We've partnered with a New Zealand–owned MSP that's on the lookout for a new Business Development Manager to join their team in sunny Hawkes Bay. They're growing fast and need someone who can help drive that momentum while keeping clients front and centre.

This isn't just about selling - it's about really getting to know businesses in the region, understanding what makes them tick, and connecting them with IT solutions that actually make a difference. You'll use your local networks to open doors, nurture relationships, and work closely with technical experts to deliver outcomes clients can trust.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

·       Building and strengthening relationships with clients, making sure they feel supported and valued.

·       Using your networks and know-how to find new opportunities and open up conversations with potential clients.

·       Teaming up with technical specialists to shape tailored solutions across cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity.

·       Owning the sales journey from the first chat through to signed agreements.

·       Keeping your pipeline in order and making sure forecasting and reporting are on point.

What you'll bring:

·       Three years' experience in IT sales, account management, or business development (ideally in an MSP or consultancy).

·       A knack for spotting business challenges and shaping solutions that deliver value.

·       Confidence in building relationships with everyone from business owners to IT managers.

·       Strong communication skills, you can explain the technical stuff without overcomplicating it.

·       Energy, drive, and a genuine client-first attitude.
