** About the Role**

We are seeking an Administrator to support our Northern Community Health Team based across Mangere, Otara, and Botany. This role offers a unique opportunity to work 24 hours per week with flexible availability from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 to 20:00.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Community Health Team by providing efficient administrative support. Your work will enable clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional care by managing service delivery processes promptly and prioritising key tasks.

This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, hospital staff, and the extended primary care network to ensure holistic and effective care for patients, families, and whānau.

** About You**

You are a proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and is ready to face daily challenges head-on. Dependability and a commitment to continuous improvement define your work ethic. To excel in this role, you will have:

- Proven administration experience within a healthcare setting highly organised, efficient, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with iPMS, Clinical Portal, Fleetwise and FPIM is highly desirable, enabling you to quickly adapt to our systems
- Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
