- Provide timely calculation and submission of PAYE and preparing & submission of GST return for individuals and organisations
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance

Hours per week: at least 30, maximum 40 hours/week

**Job requirement**
- At least New Zealand bachelors degree in Accountingor a related field
- At least 2years of proven experience as an Assistant accountant in New Zealand
- Experience with MYOB, Xero, Excel, as well as other financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detailsand accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Highly detail-oriented
- Have knowledge in New Zealand construction industry wouldbe advantage
