Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Records Administrator who is highly organised, customer focused and has excellent to detail to join our Clinical Records team. Playing an essential role supporting the smooth running of the team, you will be responsible for tracking, preparing, creating, filing and the maintenance of patient records. Clinical Records Administrators work in a busy and at times physically demanding role that will suit someone who is motivated, able to learn quickly and able to adapt to managing a diverse range of tasks and duties.

Clinical Records are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of patient records at Capital and Coast District. The Clinical Records team manages requests and retrievals through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced, high volume, customer focused environment.
Moū ' About you

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Knowledge of the Privacy Act and other legislation relevant to patient records
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with clients
- High level of English comprehension with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable Previous experience in health administration or records management experience would be advantageous.
