**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

We are seeking a suitably skilled, highly motivated, competent and organised person to join our Clinical Records team as a Mobile Administrator. Clinical Record Administrators are responsible for the tracking, preparation, creation, maintenance and filing of patient records.

As one of three Relief Administrator - s providing annual and sick leave cover across the team, in Wellington and Kenepuru, will be working in a busy and varied role, suiting someone who can learn quickly and adapt to managing a diverse range of tasks across different duties. There will be some requirements to work some weekends, evenings and public holidays in a sole charge environment so reliability, flexibility and adaptability are a must.

Clinical Records are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of patient records at Capital & Coast DHB. The Clinical Records team manages requests and retrievals through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced, high volume, customer focused environment.

**Moū - About you**
- Previous experience in health administration or records management experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the Privacy Act and other legislation relevant to patient records
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with clients
- High level of English comprehension with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
