**About the role**

Reporting to the People Transform.ation Manager, you'll join our **People Capability team** - part of our wider People & Culture Group, which also includes Organisational Development, Engagement & Communications, and Operational Excellence. Together, we deliver world-class partnering to enable our business and people to thrive.

As a People Capability Business Partner, you'll be the trusted go-to for our leaders - providing expert advice on performance, employee relations, and workplace culture. You'll balance day-to-day support with the opportunity to shape organisation-wide initiatives that build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workplace.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coaching and supporting managers with people perform.ance and employee relations.
- Delivering annual People & Culture cycles - perform.ance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives.
- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and change.
- Driving projects that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
- Analysing people data and trends to inform. strategy and business decisions.

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5+ years' HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations and people perform.ance.
- Confidence coaching and advising leaders on complex people and change matters.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, HR policy, and best practice.
- Experience leading initiatives that build engagement, DEIB, and workplace culture.
