**About the opportunity**

We're looking for an **Inventory Optimisation Lead** to join our team at T&G Global. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead two Operations Coordinators and gain exposure to our fascinating, vertically-integrated apple supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop a team that adds value to internal stakeholders and customers
- Maximise commercial returns via optimised inventory allocation
- Oversee the process from customer order placement to product delivery
- Process shipping bookings and cool-store logistics movement requests
- Create reporting and insights to ensure optimum business decision-making
- Continuous improvement of the order fulfilment process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
