In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our talented software teams, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. **The Specifics**

As a Product Owner at Gentrack, you will be primarily focused on product delivery execution, working closely with software teams to deliver exceptional products. Your role will encompass the following key areas:
**_ Product Execution_**
- Build Exceptional Products: Work with
cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have clear and actionable tasks.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, defining and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, using appropriate planning and prioritisation techniques and managing timeline expectations effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain
high standards for product quality, working closely with engineering and QA teams to build capability and resolve issues promptly.

**_ Customer Insight_**
- Understand Customer Needs: Gather customer feedback
and analyse data to gain deep insights into customer requirements and pain points.
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure that product decisions align with customer needs and expectations.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.

**_ Influencing People_**
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating product progress and updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other product managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure we are investing all the areas to enable other parts of the organisation to be successful.

**_ Product Strategy_**
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap, with a focus on execution and delivery.

- Some experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on working directly with software development teams.
- Familiarity with managing product backlogs and participating in agile development processes.
- Strong emphasis on product execution, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
