**Tēnei tūranga - About the Role**:
The Change Manager is a leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of business changes, for Property projects.
This role covers all aspects of change, including;
- Cultural and behavioural aspects in all changes in conjunction with People and Culture, Property Project Managers
- Providing comprehensive stakeholder and impact analysis and advice on individual business change at all levels within the wider Ministry in relation to Property Projects, and
- The integration of business change across Property related programmes.

Working alongside other specialists such as Communication Leads and Project Managers, the Change Manager is accountable for the development and delivery of relevant change plans. This may include team leadership, business case development, strategic development, change delivery planning, scheduling and monitoring.
In addition, this role is accountable for managing the change transition; embedding activities and behaviours alongside other specialists in the team, ensuring that any related benefits are achieved in the short and long term.

- Proven experience in analysing, designing, and delivering complex operational people-focused change within large business environments, including experience in business change assessments, design and implementation of change management into business groups.
- Facilitating, creating, and manage and implement effective and appropriately scaled change strategies and plans
- Lead the change management for property projects for moves and relocations of up to 1,000 employees.
- Take a holistic approach while working on a number of complex issues and projects/programmes at one time, quickly identifying ways of thinking about problems or issues and possible pathways forward.
- Excellent political awareness and sensitivity to anticipate areas of potential risk and inform decision-making.
- Well-developed communication and relationship management capabilities:

- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in sometimes challenging situations and to meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in business, government relations or extensive and comparable experience in business change management areas Ētahi kōrero mō MBIE - About MBIE:
