As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth adoption of our ERP systems within the business. Your focus will be on managing change related to process improvements, system upgrades, and business transformation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with ERP implementation goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify change impacts and create targeted communication plans.
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
