We are currently looking for an experienced customer service person to join our small but busy team in Whanganui. Waters & Farr Limited is a market-leading New Zealand manufacturer of quality polyethylene and polypropylene pipe systems.

You will be responsible for supporting customers and internal teams through order management customer service and internal sales. Ultimately, your success will rely on keeping our customers happy while working effectively and efficiently within the wider Waters & Farr team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing sales support to internal and external customers
- Processing orders, answering product enquiries, and dealing with other customer requests as required.
- Order entry
- Work with customers and the sales team to plan and implement the contract supply, with direct delivered products.
- Following up on orders/projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Establishing fit for purpose product solutions

**Key attributes**:

- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Administration skills - strong attention to detail, ability to put the pieces of the puzzle together to ensure our customers are happy.
- An eagerness to learn about new products & systems.
- Communicates effectively with the wider team and operates in a respectful and supportive manner.
- Strong communication skills with high levels of professionalism
