New Zealand family food mart Full time

**TWO**Customer Service Representatives are required for our busy grocery store. This is a**Permanent Fulltime r**ole with a guaranteed30 hours a week** r**oster. Wages will be from $29.66 to $32ph depending on skills and experience and due diligence.

**The job includes**:

- Greeting customers and providingexcellent customer service.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- stockup shelves and fridges as required.
- Implementing after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the performance of goods purchased and recommend other products and services available.
- Maintain strong team bonding and keep team members up to date on any essential information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Adhering to policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of the business including shop, restrooms, surrounding driveway, stocking shelves, and coolers.
- Cash handling.
- The replenishing stock of fast foods, newspapers, magazines, and grocery items
- Report to store manager and follow instructions.

**The requirements of the Job are as follows**:

- Customer service experience
- Able to Pass Random Drug tests on duty (If required)
- The applicant will be required to work flexible hours (30 to 40 hours a week) 7 days a week.
- Must be ready to work on Public Holidays and Weekends (When required)
- Strong Communication Skills with a greeting approach to each customer
- Wages will be $29.66 to $32ph depending on skills and experience and due diligence.
