**ABOUT ALBANY TOYOTA**

Albany Toyota is a family owned and operated leading Auckland vehicle dealership, with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. We specialise in vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance.

At Albany Toyota we believe in going the extra mile to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers, therefore we are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Customer Service Representative will represent the Toyota brand with pride and recognize the importance of being both the voice of Albany Toyota and the voice of the customer.

The role interacts with all departments of the business and assists with overflow calls from our service branches, within the North of Auckland, four in total including Albany. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, no weekend work is required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage service department bookings and call overflows
- Data entry and cleansing
- Managing and contacting customers using the CRM database
- Carry out customer research, as required
- Build and develop maintain customer relationships., ensuring excellent customer service.
- Working closely with multiple departments

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about all things customer service related, pervious experience is preferred although not a deal breaker. You will have excellent communication skills and will not be afraid to pick up the phone to make a call. Your interpersonal skills will help you drive positive business outcomes, through long term relationships and you will understand the need to prioritise tasks to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Be motivated with a great work ethic
- Proficient data entry
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Customer focused with a warn and professional manner
- Comfortable in providing customer solutions
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
