**Responsibilities**
- Obtain and liaise to prepare webinar presentations.
- Moderate and record Learning Webinars
- Finalise registrations/follow up on outstanding orders.
- Run post-webinar reports and provide feedback scores to speakers.

**What are we looking for?**
- Confident and comfortable in customer-facing roles
- Tech Savvy - Experience in cloud computing and web-based software
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate technical issues in a non-technical way.
