**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Are you passionate about digital innovation and operational excellence? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the NZ Digital Operations Manager. This is a newly established role, offering you the unique opportunity to lead and optimize our digital platforms, ensuring they support our mission to make the world a safer place.

As the Digital Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance and maintenance of our digital platforms, ensuring their stability, efficiency, and optimization. You will play a crucial role in monitoring digital operations, tracking system performance, and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Your ability to communicate and resolve issues with a broad range of business and technology stakeholders will be key to your success.

You will support digital product owners during incidents, ensuring robust and seamless communications across our channels. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.

Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards will be a priority as you work with business and tech partners.

Your role will also involve showing significant leadership in driving delivery culture, future state digital platform goals, and demonstrating an uplift in delivery capability.

This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.

We’re excited to engage with skilled professionals who possess the following expertise and experience:

- 5+ years of experience in digital delivery and operations.
- Detailed knowledge of IT operations practices, development, risk, and issue management.
- Proven ability to drive new ways of working and capability lift across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with executive and senior-level managers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity to achieve requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Science, or a related field (preferred).
