Service Delivery Coordinator l 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will be essential in providing high quality administration and coordination support to our team based at the Waterloo Quay branch. This is a fulltime 6 months fixed-term contract position where you will need to be available to work Monday to Saturday 06.00am to 1.10pm. This role is based at Waterloo Quay.
This role will see you undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the Service Delivery Managers who manage our Courier and Rural Contractors. You will also be required to support the wider Leadership Team from time to time. This role will involve engaging directly with Contractors and customers over the phone, fully supported by the Service Delivery Managers.
We're looking for a natural organiser who enjoys a busy and varied hands on role The Service Delivery Coordinator role will suit someone who can multi-task and coordinate a variety of activities to achieve the required results.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Solid problem-solving skills and the confidence to take charge when issues need resolving
- Strong organisation skills 
- Above average computer skills, including MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel
- Proven experience in over the phone customer service
- The ability to deal with a diverse audience
- Energy, enthusiasm and adaptability 
- A clean Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's License
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting parcels of up to 25kgs
