**The role**
Our Elmwood Care Centre in Manurewa, South Auckland are looking for a full time Admission Co-Ordinator to join their dedicated team.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Meeting & greeting all new and potential residents
- Showing people around the site and co-ordinating admissions
- Engaging with residents to provide general assistance, as requested and delivering exceptional customer service
- Using eCase, our computer system (you will receive full training)
- Co-ordinating resident invoicing each month
- Liaising with Needs Assessment Team at Counties Manukau
- Providing assistance to the wider team at times
- Co-ordinating bed numbers with Business & Care Numbers.
**What you’ll bring**:
- A positive nature with a dynamic personality
- A passion for quality customer service
- Exceptional organisation and administrative skills
- Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional manner
- Availability to start immediately would be preferred
- Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite
- Good time management skills.
