The Job

We are seeking a strong communicator who can travel nationwide to roll out simPRO’s client onboarding training programme. With a client base increasing at a fantastic rate, we need a talented problem solver who can support our customers on the ground.

As an Implementation Consultant no two days will be the same as you implement our software solution and associated products into our clients everyday business processes. Travel is a significant component of this role, as you may be asked to implement anywhere in New Zealand.

This is a client facing role. Ideally we'd love it if you have experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or tech companies and, more importantly, understand how to help businesses implement software into existing workflows.

The ideal applicant will be based in Auckland, hold a current drivers licence and have access to their own reliable transportation. Consideration will be given to exceptional, suitable applicants in other regions of New Zealand. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in New Zealand on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Do- Engaging with our clients to understand their business processes- Supporting clients to find the ‘best practice’ everyday workflows in simPRO- Driving the implementation from the first training session to ‘go live’- Delivering targeted training (onsite, face-to-face, group and online)- Travelling to site is essential and includes regular nationwide travel.

What You’ll Bring- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Mature approach- Professional presentation- Desire to adapt and learn new programs and systems- Exceptional problem solving- Deliver a first-rate customer experience- Understanding of implementation of software systems
- Additional Skills & Experience (non-essential):_- Working operationally in the trade or service sector- (electrical, fire, security, HVAC, plumbing, data, solar, facilities management, landscaping, construction etc.)- An understanding of business processes and workflows- Implementing business process software- Running your own business- Exposure to accounting packages such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online- simPRO Software operational experience.
