Reporting to the **Director of Professional Services**, you will work closely with our Data Transition Specialists, Project Managers and the Implementations Team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation and delivery of LEAP, including training clients. We acknowledge their efforts with professional development, rewards, and recognition, and provide an array of excellent employee benefits _(Check out our perks & benefits below)_ **Requirements**: **WHAT YOU’LL DO** - Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients - Proactively liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP - Understand the client’s accounting process requirements and assist the project team in translating requirements into functional specifications for implementation and delivery - Perform remote and onsite installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, training, data transition review and general support - Create and maintain documentation and training delivery processes - Identify training and development needs of clients - Develop implementation and training delivery plans - Prepare and deliver standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one-on-one or group setting, amending and revising programmes as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment **WHAT YOU NEED TO BE REALLY GOOD AT** - Communication - clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. - Gaining commitment - Using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans; modifying one’s own behavior to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals involved - Managing conflict - Dealing effectively with others in an antagonistic situation; using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict between two or more people - Managing work (includes time management) - effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently - Building customer loyalty - Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. **JOB STYLE (THIS ROLE WILL SUIT PEOPLE WHO ENJOY THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES)** - Relationship building - developing and maintaining ongoing working relationships with others requiring interaction and mutual support - Task variety - working on several different tasks or projects, doing different activities day to day, working on a variety of projects with diverse demands - High responsibility / accountability - receiving primary responsibility/accountability for completing tasks that might place heavy demands on one’s time and involvement - Achievement - meeting increasing work challenges and goals or achieving difficult objectives - Travel - regularly traveling away from the office to conduct business **WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE BEFORE JOINING US** - 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or legal accounting role - Proven ability to problem-solve - Competent with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and web presentation tools - Experience using LEAP (v10 or cloud) (desired, but not essential) **Benefits** - Friendly, supportive, and driven culture - Company updates for birthdays, work anniversaries, new joiners - Generous Parental Leave benefits - One additional paid "Be Me" leave day per year to celebrate being you **SOUND LIKE A JOB YOU WERE BORN TO DO?
