Are you an experienced and successful consultant in payroll? Do you pride yourself on your superior customer service delivery? Are you able to translate complex system jargon into tangible results for our Payroll and HR solution?

Working with a team of professionals, you will work with our clients to deliver exceptional results. You will act as an escalation point for internal teams for complex payroll issues that may impact service to your client.

In this role you will be required to:
- Provide consulting and/or training to clients on Frontier Software products
- Provide Consulting expertise at all implementations of Frontier Software products
- Assist in the coordination and management of project work
- Assist in software query resolution
- Research/investigate Frontier Software related products to enhance the provision of training services and your advice to clients
- Contribute to help develop/maintain the highest level of teamwork within the Professional Services Department
- Contribute individually and collectively to departmental KPI’s
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Frontier Software product suite.

**To Be Successful**

You will need 3+ years’ industry experience with end-to-end Payroll Processing - covering all functions including complex payrolls, Human Resources, Accounting, or Project Management. Ideally you would have 2+ years’ experience in the Frontier Software product suite, experience using chris21/ichris will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You will also bring:

- Demonstrated knowledge and interpretation of the relevant legislation
- Exceptional customer service experience with a strong passion for delivering sustainable results for your client
- Excellent communications skills - particularly written
- An analytical, problem solving mindset
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with proven self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
