Based at our National Head Office in Palmerston North you will be responsible for managing our Service and warranty plans, claiming and supporting Stores and customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Contact with the Toyota Stores to maintain excellent service levels- Maintain a full understanding of service and warranty operations, systems and procedures- Ensure adherence to Aftersales polices- Management of the Warranty & Service claims administration team- Management of current, pending, and future recalls- Promotion of aftersales products- Conflict Resolution- Monthly KPI reporting- Respond to customer enquiriesSo what does it take to be successful in this role?
