The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior position that blends high-level Compliance work with meaningful Business Advisory. You'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing insights, solving problems, and helping them grow—while also developing and leading client relationships.

About You

  • Strong technical accounting and tax capability
  • Experience in compliance and business advisory services
  • Exceptional people skills—you enjoy partnering with clients and earning their trust
  • A desire to influence decisions and contribute to firm-wide direction
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • CA qualification
  • 4+ years experience within a CA environment

Candidates from Big 4 or Second-tier firms are encouraged to apply—particularly those seeking more autonomy and the ability to make a real impact as well as wanting a clear career path towards ownership. Additionally, if you are currently working within a midsize firm but have limited progression opportunities, this could be the role for you also.
