One of our team is progressing their career within Toyota and as such we now have a vacancy to join our team as our Associate Manager - Warranty. Based at our National Head Office in Palmerston you will be responsible for providing oversight, direction, and support to the Warranty Team to ensure all claims are assessed in line with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) guidelines. You will also be responsible for the management of recall processes and identification of potential recalls based on current claim trends. To be successful in the role you will need to have strong ability to work with data and a real passion for managing and developing a team to perform at a high level.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Management of the Warranty Team and ensuring that all claims are resolved in a timely manner- Providing support and guidance to the Warranty team to resolve warranty claims- Undertaking investigation into Warranty claims when required- Reporting key claim issues or trends to Toyota Motor Corporation- Management of current, pending, and future recalls- Communication to key stakeholders to ensure transparent and timely recall information is sharedSo what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Previous experience in Claims management- Experience in analysing data- Previous experience is leading a team to success- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.So who are we?
