**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our Head of Delivery, (who you'd report to) and he let us know the following about the Programme Administrator role;
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Driving the regular cadence and completion of reporting (multiple), and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Forum meeting packs and minutes.
- Co-ordination of programme risk, issue, dependencies and assumptions and scheduling updates.
- Resource on-boarding, set up and off-boarding.
- Financial administration - raising, receipting and reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices and SOW co-ordination

The Programme Administrator is responsible for providing programme support by undertaking a wide range of administrative, logístical, analytical, and organisational duties to help drive productivity and effectiveness of the Programme while also supporting the Head of Delivery with programme governance, reporting and risk management.

We are looking for a team player, someone good at time and task management with strong communication skills. Someone that shares a problem and does not sit on it, a positive person that is detailed focused. A person that is self-managed and will challenge where required for a better future outcome.

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

As the Programme administrator, you will be an extremely organised individual who has proven experience working under pressure and can switch easily from one task to another, and at times manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Knowledge and understanding of professional project management disciplines, methodology and tools would also be beneficial.
