Join the Strategy, Planning and Purchasing Business Unit who design the future of Hospital & Specialist Services. Work within a team of two programme/engagement coordinators within the Hospital and Specialist Planning and Purchasing team.

In this role, the **Programme and Engagement Coordinator **will be responsible for providing programme coordination and engagement support for work programmes that are focussed on ensuring service planning is designed to meet strategies and goals of Hospital & Specialist Services (H&SS).

**Mōu | About you**

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Secondary school NCEA or equivalent
- Certificates and diploma in area relevant to business administration.
- Experience in team coordination and administration including supporting multiple people and Senior Leaders, building effective enduring relationships.
- Experience providing strong coordination support across large, complex environments.
- Experience in providing secretariat functions, including meeting minute taking and collation of minutes, to a governance group.
