This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers. Lodge and manage a portfolio of claims while providing a sustained high level of service to our valued customers in accordance with our Suncorp values.

Deliver the brand promise in a cost-effective manner.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary contact for our customers and ensure delivery of the service promise.
  • Manage a portfolio of claims and provide case management.
  • Advise customers on policy entitlements, lodge claims, and explain the claims and repair processes.
  • Set clear expectations for the claims process and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and escalate claims beyond expertise and/or authority limits to ensure process adherence.
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven success and experience in a fast-paced customer service role – face-to-face or telephone based
  • Proven track record of meeting performance KPIs and deliver exceptional results
  • Exceptional phone and computer skills with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Flexible and resilient, able to handle pressure effectively
  • Comfortable using various claims management systems
