Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
The Senior Capability and Learning Adviser builds and manages relationships with MPI leadership teams to provide learning advice on capability and performance solutions to meet business needs. You will scope and design engaging learning experiences that achieve the desired performance outcomes, delivering value to customers. You will be leading work and championing the design of learning solutions that are engaging, sustainable, learner-centric and high quality. A key part of the role will be sharing innovative and exemplary practices across L&D, People and Capability, and the MPI learning community.
The Learning Designer designs and delivers learning that impacts business performance and supports the achievement of MPI strategic priorities. You will be assessing the need and co-designing learning solutions that are engaging, sustainable, innovative, learner-centric and high quality. This is a collaborative role where you will create learning using a range of methodologies.
Mōu - About You
For the Learning Designer we're looking for a L&D professional with a strength and passion in learning design. You will bring a proven record designing a range of solutions including digital, on-the-job, and blended learning experiences. Your kete will include managing multiple projects, bringing creativity in your design, strong written communication, and a quality focus.
In both of the roles we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and ideating on the design of learning with colleagues and customers as well as solving problems.
