Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
We're looking for someone to help the team continue to deliver value to our customers, while managing the pipeline of work across the team's capacity.
**Working as part of our L&D team, you will**:
- Work with our seniors and customers to update on project progress and help plan future work to build the pipeline and manage changing priorities.
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver solutions as efficiently as possible, while clearing the path for success.
- Work with individuals to use peoples' strengths, manage workloads and balance the overall team capacity.
You'll be involved in projects from start to finish. You'll use system, data and analytics to help leadership make decisions. You'll take a key role in driving continuous improvement and will provide advice to leadership on building a high performing team.

You're a people focused person who enjoys working with people at all levels of an organisation, and with different skills. You know how to get the best out of people and create high performing teams, and you know how to create a continuous improvement culture.
You'll have some experience as a project adviser; perhaps you're a project assistant ready to take the next step in your career. You're tech savvy and happy to find your way around different tools and technologies that help teams plan, visualise and communicate work.
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering projects or programmes and managing relationships
- Strong digital literacy
- A coaching and continuous improvement mindset
- A relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
