- To support our continued growth in the Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a strategic and driven sales person with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building sustainable client relationships.

What you'll be doing in a nutshell**:
- Achieving sales targets by proactively building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional level of service to existing and prospective clients.
- Gathering market insights and adapting to changing customer needs and business environments.
- Using data and CRM tools to update sales records, track customer activity, and support informed decision-making.
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and prompt communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
- Managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Support the delivery of sales projects, proposals, and initiatives across the division.
Ensure all client interactions, sales documents, and reports are accurate, up to date, and aligned with company standards.

- Proven experience in achieving sales targets, building a strong pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service
- Expertise in executing sales strategies and meeting targets.
- Flexibility to adapt sales techniques to diverse cultural and market conditions.
- A strong track record of building and maintaining robust customer relationships and partnerships.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the ANZ market and cultural nuances.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, market forecasts, and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to tailor sales strategies to different needs.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Relevant sector experience will be preferred.
