We are looking for a Learning Adviser to join an interactive and collaborative team to build and create exceptional learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Te tūranga - The role The Learning and Development team are looking for a curious, passionate Learning Adviser to join their team. In this position you will support the Learning and Development Manager using co-design methodologies to gain an understanding of the skills, knowledge and behaviours that our people need to align with the strategic and capability objectives of Te Pūtea Matua. In this role you will:
- Support the Learning and Development Manager to understand the learning needs for the skills, knowledge and behaviours which are aligned to our strategic objectives and capabilities.
- Design and create learning solutions and experiences, with a priority being in the eLearning space.
- Manage and maintain Te Pūtea Matua's Learning Management System (LMS).
Ō pūkenga - About youYou're a person who puts the learner - front and centre - of your design methodologies and you are always looking at innovative ways to deliver this learning content. You enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues and stakeholders to formulate the best methods and outcomes by drawing on their skills and experiences.You will also bring to this role:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in learning design, development and delivery.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in using co-design methodologies.
- Industry recognised qualification in adult learning would be preferable.
- Experience using tools associated with learning and development including relevant Adobe design tools, Articulate 360, Rise 360.
