**The opportunity**

As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for Marketing and engagement specialist to join our team and support us with this journey. This is a fulltime, permanent position with flexible working options available.

This role is responsible for providing support the Senior manager, channel marketing and engagement, playing an integral role in the coordination of a broad range of marketing and engagement initiatives including online and in-person events.

As a marketing engagement specialist you will be responsible for liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver adviser campaigns and experiences that drive consideration and preference across our adviser network. Critical to success is ability to juggle competing deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Some key areas of responsibility include:

- Support with delivery of advisor facing marketing initiatives & engagement programmes
- Support with handling agency requests from brief through to delivery.
- Project management and event documentation.
- Ability to partner with the business to understand organizational objectives
- Contribute to planning for success (priorities, structure, create an outstanding culture and identity);
- Perform general marketing and events administrative duties as required

**About You**

With 3-5 years marketing/ and or events experience you will bring a strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. You are a creative, collaborative thinker with sound judgement, excellent attention to detail, well-developed organization skills, and effective written and verbal communication. You can manage multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment. Focussing on the bigger picture and bringing an analytical outlook will see you do well in this role.

Together with this you will bring:

- Familiarity with marketing automation
- A qualification in a digital media and design related discipline, and/or qualification in a business-related discipline is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PPT design and excel.
- Experience with content management systems.
