**The Role**
As a Commercial Advisor at TBIG you’ll work with a variety of Client organisations, engaging with the Client to understand their needs, challenge their thinking, and develop and implement a plan to provide them with the assistance they need.
You’ll be:
- Able to develop and implement commercial and delivery strategies and to look for innovative solutions when necessary.
- Able to engage independently with clients from the outset, understand their needs and develop a plan to provide them with the assistance they need.
- Great at fostering relationships with clients. Be a trusted advisor and deliver sound commercial outcomes.
- At times, delivering the ‘hard messages’ to ensure a project stays on track and remains compliant.
- Accurate and well versed in assessing timelines and workloads and finding a balance, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- A professional and can-do attitude to helping support our clients.
- A knack for creating enthusiasm within the project environment. Getting buy in and always building trust.
- An affinity for working collaboratively and collectively with client teams, working towards the same goals and reminding people of those goals when the project gets challenging.
- A desire to look for solutions, with the ability to weigh up the options and pull together a concise and persuasive business case or report.
- Experience at the front end of the Project lifecycle, working with business cases, procurement and feasibility.
- Relevant qualifications, which could include business/commerce or property related disciplines such as Build Science, Construction PM, Engineering or Property.
