This is a great commercial broker opportunity for someone living centrally or Shore based who enjoys being out, meeting new and existing customers in person and online.

This is a financial advisor role where you will feel supported, both by a great team and with great clients. Your portfolio will be a mix of maintaining existing clients as well as focused on obtaining new business. Leads are generated and generously shared amongst the team with referrals coming in from other specialisations as well as from your own efforts, existing base and networks.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

Primarily, you’ll be out of the office meeting new and existing clients (the majority of your clients will be SME or independent contractors who run their own businesses.)

**This will involve;**
- Managing renewals and advising on any amendments required for existing clients
- Reviewing new client risk assessments and presenting back your recommendations and advice
- Ensuring compliance/ relevant documentation is managed effectively
- Generating your own leads pipeline by ensuring you are keeping in touch with both existing and new clients as well as referrals.
- Working alongside other advisors, sharing knowledge as well as celebrating wins and successes in the office.
- Continuously upskill yourself on products as well as relevant legislation relevant to your clients.

**What do I need to be successful in this role? You have**
- Previous experience in commercial insurance products (ideally as an advisor/ broker however we could consider someone in a support role if L5 cert is completed)
- Completed your Level 5 Financial Services Certificate
- Clear credit and police check
- Great people and communication skills with strong attention to detail
