A pivotal role where your data expertise and quality focus will shape better aged care outcomes.

Looking to make a meaningful difference in aged care while using your IT and analytical skills? Play a central role in supporting clinical excellence across seven aged care facilities in the Lower North Island. If you're detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about quality improvement, this is your opportunity to lead from behind the scenes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead data analysis and dashboard development using Power BI to support clinical decision-making
- Act as the systems expert, ensuring data integrity and training staff across facilities.
- Coordinate internal audits, risk management, and compliance with NZ standards.
- Maintain and manage the policy and procedure framework, including document control.
- Provide secretariat support, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Monitor and report on key clinical indicators such as falls, medication errors, and infections.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Strong understanding quality assurance, and compliance in aged care.
- Learning agility with new patient care and clinical data systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field.

**Hours & Location**
- 32-40 hours per week
- Based across MCL’s aged care facilities in the Lower North Island
