**About the Program**
Our graduate program has been designed to immerse you into our business and give you the best start to your career while nurturing and developing you to become the next generation influential and inspiring leaders in the electricity industry.
- As part of your journey with us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a 2-year rotational program and work across the following areas:

- 1) Operations - Exposed to Network Operation Centre, Planning and Dispatch
- 2) Distribution Engineering -Exposed to OH Line design & pole calculations, Material specification, distribution equipment and many more
- 3) Substation Design and Maintenance - Project Management, design from 11kV up to 110kV, Communication Systems and Substation Asset Maintenance
- 4) Control Systems - SCADA Point, ADMS System, Crosswire and others
- 5) Contractor and Consultant Partners - Practical field experience
- 6) Asset Information - Data Management, Data Analysis and Drawings Management
- 7) Asset Lifecycle Management - Asset Strategy and Asset Planning
- 8) Network Development - Network Planning, Network Modelling and Future Networks
- Towards the end of your time with us, you’ll be doing a Graduate project to develop your practical project management skills and collaborate with experienced team members and other graduates. You will receive constant support from your senior mentor throughout this process who will guide and assist you with any queries.**What’s in it for you?**

**About you**
To be eligible for the Graduate Engineer Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- A recent graduate or graduating this year with an Electrical Engineering degree
- Hold an NZ or Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Open to relocating to Whangarei and enjoy the Northland lifestyle
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Possess a proactive and curios mind set
