The role:

We are looking for a Graduate or Junior Structural Engineer who's passionate about design, problem-solving, and pushing boundaries. You'll be part of a dynamic team tackling everything from cutting-edge commercial builds to bespoke residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and analysis for a variety of projects.

· Preparation of detailed designs and specifications to meet NZ standards.

Collaborate with architects, civil & geotechnical engineers and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

  • Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities to keep projects on track.
  • Learn, grow and contribute to a culture of innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree with Honours in Structural Engineering (BE(Hons) or equivalent).
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience (internships or project work count)
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand structural standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Experience with structural software is beneficial (SAP2000, ETABS, MATHCAD).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with clients.
  • Full, clean driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles.
