**About the role**
We are seeking a Operations and Sales Support professional to join our team at Albany. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales targets, and managing daily installation activities.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom as well as the receiving, dispatching, and inventory management of product for our window furnishing offering (CurtainStudio). Your attention to detail, ability to multi-tasks to problem-solve will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Key skills and responsibilities**:
We need a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills who is able to efficiently multi-task. Receiving and inspecting goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stocktakes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. As well as assist with installer workflow and deliver exceptional customer service in our showroom - no two days are the same in this fast-paced role
- Coordinating and scheduling installation
- Communicating between sales and operations to ensure a seamless install
- Ensuring inventory is up to date and accurate
- Manage the receiving, dispatching and inventory of product to store
- Ordering of stock as required
- Preparing product for install and ensuring all products are present
- Manage remedials and claim workflows
- Coordinate regular stock-takes and variance checks
- Consult with customers in store as needed
- General shop housekeeping and merchandising
- Collaborate with Design Consultants on resolving product issues
