CARTERS Albany seeking a sales administrator/customer services representative to join their busy branch. Business is booming and they need another motivated team member with fast and accurate data entry skills, excellent telephone manner, keen eye for detail and commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. Primarily responsible for keying orders, this role handles a number of other duties including:
- Liaising with trade customers and Account managers on customer orders
- Resolving customer enquries and providing product information
- Organising buy-ins and following up back orders
- Liaising with transport providers to organise delivery
- Serving customers at counter when needed
You'll be able to demonstrate previous experience working in fast-paced environment where customer service is key. The time-sensitive nature of our customer needs requires an ability to input accurate data quickly, processing sales orders within specified timeframes as per requirements and operational capability.
**The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set**:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Evidence of computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills
- Proven customer service experience and/or a sales administration background
- Ability to build rapport with customers and enjoy a team focused culture
- Product or industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
