Unlike a typical admin role, this position offers dynamic opportunities to represent our company, address customer inquiries through various channels, and actively participate in dispatch and showroom tasks. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage queries, log orders in our ERP system, "NetSuite," and handle general administration duties around the office. - Load customers' orders onto their trailers using forklifts. - Ensure timely order fulfilment. - Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with the branch to provide crucial support in achieving targets. **Experience**: - Previous experience in sales administration and dispatch coordination. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools (mention specific tools, if applicable). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **About the Company**: The Roofing Store is a reputable New Zealand-owned and operated company specializing in high-quality lightweight roofing solutions.
