As part of a team of six reporting to the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, your solution-focused mindset and practical experience will enable you to excel in the following daily tasks:

- Evaluate all RMAs (Return Materials Authorisations) and factory/warehouse faults.
- Assemble parts/accessories for sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- Draw up service/repair orders for Temperzone/Hitachi jobs for approval.
- Perform rework/repairs/service according to approved job orders.
- Provide quality assurance support for end-of-line production testing.
- Conduct QMS audits.
- Assist Quality Engineers with problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Must have experience in servicing and repairing both commercial and domestic HVAC units.
- Trade Recognition Certificate: Refrigeration Mechanic or Technician
- Practical experience in testing, fault finding and repairs.
- 3-5 years of field experience or factory repairs.
- A valid Electrical Service Technician License
