We are assisting a well-established banking institution with recruiting a Quality Assurance Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis (6 months).

As a QA Advisor, you will develop and deliver a program of credit assurance reviews in line with risks faced by the business during key reporting periods for governance oversight.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Assist with reporting for governance oversight to provide feedback for the business
- Support Line 1 to identify, assess and manage their Credit Risk
- Provide timely quality assurance reviews of credit at transactional and systemic levels for retail lending, including credit processing in the settlement of home lending transactions
- Communicate findings in a positive and supportive manner that can be used by the business to uplift performance
- Work closely with Op Risk and Compliance to ensure the efficiency of assurance

**About you**:

- 4+ years of experience in underwriting, quality assurance or similar role
- Sound understanding of business unit obligations, risk registers, and compliance with CCCFA legislation
- An understanding of retail and business lending products and services preferred
- Solid verbal and written communications with the ability to communicate strongly to all levels of the business
