**About the role**:
Located on Auckland's North Shore, this role is a part of our Service team who manage repairs and service for our products. The RMA Electrical Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and testing our returned products, with the core focus of the role being serviceability for the NZ/AU market. Your role will entail ongoing product support, product assembly and coordination including but not limited to:

- Ongoing product / ICR RMA support
- New product development and introduction
- Product Assembly
- Receive and dispatch products using RMA Portal (when required)

**About you**
Ideally you are in a similar position currently, or you have an electronics background. You will need to be a process based, hands on person who is keen to upskill and learn new things. You should have experience in the following:

- 2+ years’ work experience in a similar role
- Good electrical knowledge
- It would be advantageous if you have experience working in a process based role
- Excellent communication - with the ability to work with a range of people.
- Positive attitude, resilient and happy to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Relevant qualification at degree, diploma, or trade level
- No restrictions on travel.
