**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
Join UC's Facilities Management (FM) team to assist in the end-to-end delivery of the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) platform. You will be key to ensuring the project is delivered within scope, plan, and budget, while coordinating FM inputs and managing relationships with stakeholders across internal teams and external contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead FM project planning and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to integrate FM requirements and functionality into planning.
- Develop and maintain key FM project documentation, including risk registers and communication plans.
- Coordinate FM SMEs and manage resources to ensure successful delivery of FM services.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the project's vision and progress.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
You will have 5 plus years project management experience, particularly in IWMS (or CMMS) system implementation along with the following:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- 5 plus years of project management and/ or facilities experience, particularly with IWMS (or CMMS) system implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management competencies (scope, time, cost, risk, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead change management and management of multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Effective leadership and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and problem solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
