**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
Are you an expert in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)? UC Facility Management is seeking a talented IWMS Manager to drive the successful implementation and ongoing development and support of the Planon IWMS system across the UC campus and commercial facilities. This is your opportunity to lead a small team, make a real impact, and enhance processes through automation, metrics, and system upgrades This newly created role is pivotal to the ongoing success and improvement of the entire Facilities Management team.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead and inspire a team, driving performance through coaching and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimise the Planon system for building, asset, and service management.
- Support the integration of new modules, train users, and ensure smooth adoption.
- Develop training programs and deliver user support to maximise system efficiency.
- Build key relationships within UC and beyond to share insights and enhance system functionality.

You're a highly skilled IWMS expert with a deep understanding of system implementation and support. You have strong leadership abilities, a drive to make a meaningful impact, and a knack for using automation and data-driven insights to continuously improve processes.
- 8 plus years of experience with IWMS systems (Planon preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of Facilities Management processes.
- Ability to lead the development of robust preventative and scheduled maintenance programs to optimise overall campus function and improvement of service delivery from the Facilities Maintenance Team and relevant contractors.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analysis for budget planning, space utilisation and asset performance.
